Carrol "Whitey"Meyer 89 , of Avoca passed away Saturday, April 21st, 2018 at The Monarch in Lincoln .
A lifelong Farmer of Cass and Otoe Counties, he was the son of George and Theresa (Sand) Meyer . Carrol served in the Army during the Korean War
Survivors include his wife Angeline
Sons Joseph (Debra) Meyer and Timothy (Geri) Meyer
Daughter Patricia (Duane) Schram
Grandchildren Dylan (Michelle) Meyer, Clint Meyer (deceased)
Betty (Eric) Kunz, Bobbi Sue (Calvin) Epp, Keith Schram,
Shannon (Ray) Griffey, Sallie Schram,
Joshua Meyer, Cody Meyer, Jacob Meyer and Chrystal Meyer
Great Grandchildren Brittney Meyer, Maverick Epp, Laramie Epp, Amalita Epp
Brothers Merle Meyer James Meyer and Richard Meyer.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Donald, Roy, Hubert, Ralph and John, a Sister Lorretta Linhardt and a Grandson Clint.
Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 am Wednesday, April 25th, 2018 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church Avoca
Interment to follow at Church Cemetery
Visitation Tuesday 1-5 pm Hammons Family Funeral Services Weeping Water
Rosary recited 7:00 pm. during visitation 6-8 pm. at the church
